Young Leaders Connect is a dynamic career and personal development program designed for members aged 18 to 30. By fostering peer-to-peer dialogue and bridging the gap between young women and established professional mentors, the initiative builds deep self-confidence and critical decision-making skills. The program provides structured capacity-building that equips young women with the tools they need to step up, take charge, and lead positive change within their own local communities.
The comprehensive curriculum focuses on high-impact professional skills, including advanced facilitation, project management, digital literacy, and mentorship strategies. Rather than relying on a top-down approach, the program utilizes a deliberate multiplication strategy to scale its reach. In 2025 alone, 120 members successfully completed the intensive trainer-training pathway, transforming from participants into qualified educators.
Today, these 120 certified trainers are actively running development sessions across the entire association. Because TGGA operates on a lean staff, this train-the-trainer framework serves as the operational backbone for growth, ensuring that thousands of younger girls receive high-quality guidance while simultaneously giving our Young Leaders real-world management and leadership experience.
