Tanzania Girls Guides Association (TGGA) is a non-Governmental and voluntary association
in Tanzania with its headquarters at Dar-es-Salaam.
TGGA dedicated to the advancement of girls and young women socially, and economically by providing them with non-formal education programs and trainings. Delivery of non-formal education is through the fundamental principles of guiding.
VISION: To see a Society with empowered young women and girls attaining their fullest potentials as resourceful citizens.
MISSION: Guiding, Coaching and empowering girls and through provision of life skills education and - creation of opportunities globally.

TGGA has four sub-projects within and outside Tanzania boundaries
that will conducted in 2016.
TGGA works in collaboration with IOGT-NTO movement a Swedish NGO to eradicate the harm cause by alcohol among youth.We aim to achieve Improved social, economical and health living condition among youth in Tanzania
Youth Exchange South to South Girls (YESS) movement is initiated by TGGA in collaboration with World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) together with FK Norway (a Norwagian government agency ) funding the exchange
STOP THE VIOLENCE, speak for the girl's rights, keep remembering “Women are the knot that ties the family together” and so are the true architects of the society, we protect them we protect our society.
TGGA has initiated a project called FREE BEING ME “HIVI NDIVYO NILIVYO” to build body confidence in young girls and women of Tanzania.

TGGA is committed in helping girls succeed in volunteer position. We have designed trainings to be convenient, fun.
Girls's education is one of effective way for giving intensive exposure to a topic through presentations and discussions.
After trainings girl guides mainstream their knowledge into plays, songs, poems and games.
TGGA promote, motivate and support girls as to be creative and follow the creative instincts, connecting them, giving them tools that will help the power of their mind to work together.
The girl guides have a mission in schools to conduct an awareness campaign so that other pupils gain knowledge as well, by showing this spirit they are awarded and recognized as leaders
TGGA fully understands the advantage of knowledge sharing and believe in it. "The knowledge shared with the right intent can do wonders for any person"
